Please fix the arrow head bug :)

Select Freehand and Brush Tool (N)
Set line width to 4
Set arrowhead to the first one
Draw some arrows, not touching.
Disable Sketch Mode
Draw 3 more arrows, all starting at the same point but heading in different directions.
The 3rd arrow head will flip
Draw more arrows, not touching.
These will all be backwards.
Start a new document. Arrow will be the right way round again.

I was drawing some arrows

It's because you are reversing the path in your step 6.
To reverse the reversal start drawing again from the node at the last arrow head. IOW: The opposite to what you did in step 6.

I still think it's a bug. Particularly as there's no "flip start and end" button. Possibly it's Ctrl + Alt + Shift + F...

To reverse a line:
* Select the line
* Got to the line tool
* Click the "Reverse Paths" button on the infobar

Handy. But new lines still remain backward until you try Sledger's solution. That makes it a bug in my book.
