Which XARA Product Does Text On A Curve?

I am unsure of which Xara product to try. I'd like to be
able to add text (broken) around a circle such that the top
reads correctly left to right and the bottom also
reads correctly left to right. See attachment.

I may be wrong but i think that all versions are able to fit text on a curve.
Regarding which product to try: if you are more interested in working with images and vectors (graphic design/illustration) - Xara Photo&Graphic Designer will do. If you are more interested in webdesign Xara Web Designer will be more appropriate. If you are unsure you can try Xara Designer PRO as it includes everything that Xara Photo&Graphic Designer and Xara Web Designer have plus some more professional specific features (Pantones, etc etc)

I just checked MEB and you are correct. Arrange > Fit Text to Curve.
