cut out a shape

Hi, i use the Photo Grafic designer 2013, can anybody tell me how do I cut out a shape. For example I want to cut out a car and get rid of the backgound so that I can use the image of the car somewhere else. thanks

If it is a large photo you may want to use the Clip tool first in the Camera Tool flyout and then use the Shape Editor (F4) for the final shape and then use a small amount of feather after Clipping mask.
