    Here is a nice little free program, Stipplegen2. It creates an .svg file from .jpg, .gif and .png images.
    It's quick to learn how to use, and I recommend going to the Wiki to find out how to get started.
    Here is the result of a barber pole image I made in XDP and I exported it as a .png.
    A cool result. I uploaded the .xar file so that you can zoom in and see the quality.
