Question WD9 Placeholder HTML window only shows <many>

I have placed some HTML code in the HEAD and BODY sections of a repeating PLACEHOLDER in order to modify the HIGHSLIDE behaviour on some of my pages. When I now want to change some of the code and go back to view what was put there earlier all I see in both the HEAD and BODY Windows is the word: <many>.
Can anyone explain what has happened, and how can I get back my previously entered code in order to modify it further?

    Welcome to TalkGraphics embee

I am not sure why you would get this message.

Do you have the original code? It might be best to start from scratch.

You don't need to use a placeholder for this. You can add the code in Website Properties > Website or Page in the HEAD and BODY sections as appropriate.

This is because you have got multiple objects in the selection (ie you have selected more than 1 object) and they do not all have the same code applied to them.

To see the code applied to each object select just that 1 object.
