I am surprised I am the only person who responded. Scrolling text boxes are a topic that comes up frequently.

PHP is not useful with users who use the free Magix hosting with their purchase of Web Designer though.
There are solutions that use javascript only, though I haven't tried them as fancy scrollbars are of no interest to me

i only use php for make one include.. you can change this using jquery $().load().. and is 100% php free

can you explain how to insert or use xarascroll. Never have used a script before.
