Er, no.

That error basically means that the program is having a problem trying to resolve the possibly conflicting requirements of Pushing, Pulling, Page Stretching, Button Stretching, Footer positioning, Repelling, Anchoring, and Softgrouping on a page.

As Pete says, we need to see the files and know what actions casue the error to be able to work out exactly what's going wrong.
