    Default Ancient Ruins

I posted this drawing up in the Xara Xone forum as this months tutorial is about shadows and that's what inspired me to let this idea out of my imagination I've decided to post it here as well because I'd like to get some feedback on the drawing it's self with out taking the other thread off topic.

The columns themselves should have a core shadow if they are casting a shadow.

    Thanks Gary, Merv, and Ron

I made a few changes and added some shadowing on the columns.

There's something about ruins that pull you in. Nice work, Frances.

Really nice Frances. One thing though the cast shadow on the column is not quite right. So I hope you don't mind I have shown how it could or should be. I hope you don't think I'm picking on you cause I'm not. It may not be 100% correct but the shape is pretty close to what it should be.
Actually I did this the other day but was reluctant to post it.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

Thanks Larry, I don't mind your posting this at all, it's always good to get feedback and/or a different opinion from others. It's part of the learning process and we never stop learning no matter how long we've been at it
