can't stop demo site from opening

this is the trial version. I'm just experimenting as I will buy the next version of Designer Pro X (V9?) -
maybe it's just a quirk on my system - I was aware of the option(s) to correct the problem as I use it on my current version, but this one was just being stubborn.

This is because you are running the trial version. Things such as this do not occur once you have unlocked the program following your purchase.
