Links Not Working

a site I'm working on at http://www.aartvarkgrafix.com/fotc/index.htm is having menu problems. The menu and other links appear completely normal, but when you click them, it does nothing. The odd thing is that the target link displays in the info bar at the bottom left of the browser, and the pointer even turns to a hand, but nothing happens when you click on it. Even stranger yet is that if you right click-open in new tab, the link works then. Help.

When strange things like these occur, I always start by removing third party widgets and testing.
Try removing your sharethis widget code from the head and foot of the body and see what happens?

Definitely something weird.
When you move your mouse over a navbar link, it highlights, but when you move off, it stays highlighted.
An issue with the layers?
