    Default Using my own backgrounds?

Is it possible to use my own backgrounds in Xara 3D Maker such as a photo of a corporate building? It seems that there are only options to create textures.

You can use your own backgrounds but they need to be a bitmap.

I just went and looked at 3D 7 and I do not see how to do that. Yes, I even looked in the Help file and did not see how to do it. Care to post an example where you supplied the background (that does not animate) but the rest of the image does?

    Texture/Background
Choose the image you want to use. Not sure but if you use an image that is too small it may tile.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

Yes, I did more research and found out it was actually rather simple. I am posting an example if anyone wants to see it. What I did not try was to see if there was a way to adjust the size of the image you use but at least here is an example.

Double click the image to see the animation.
