I do understand what you are saying. I will only be printing out at 4x6, so the cost of 2-3 prints will be less than a dollar. Your idea is good though should I need to print out several large prints. Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who responded to this thread for all your helpful input.

I just received my photos from Dons Photos. Here is my results.

For sure, starting out with a large page and the linear fill is the way to go. This removed about 98% of the banding. There was still slight banding (in both my file and in masque's).

For better results I can either go with a Gaussian blur or find a better printing source.
