    Default Re-install Xara Designer Pro X

    Not sure this is the correct forum for this. I am trying to reinstall XDPX on a recently updated OS (Win 8 Pro). I get a message saying I have exceeded the number of installs and to contact support. I contacted support several weeks ago and to date have now received a reply to my request. Is there something more I can do to resolve my issue?? Thanks, Lew.

    You may have to goto the xara support site and locate your ticket..submission for an answer...

    Hi Artworx, for some reason I can't open your ticket, it just gives an error - the support guys are looking into that. In the meantime I've increased your Designer Pro X activation count, so you should be able to reinstall it again. I'm sorry about the delay.
