print page problem/bug in Pro8...not sure?

Pro7 vs Pro 8...

pro7 - when im on the internet and want to capture the screen it works fine...

pro 8 - i do the same thing and many parts of the sreen is missing


please see attachment to compare pro 7 & 8 print screens

any ideas or solutions

How are you capturing the screen?
I can't repeat this in any case.

I ran across that problem before. Off hand I forget what the solution is, but, I'll do some digging for you.

XP on a MAC/bootcamp
shift>fn>F11 (screen capture)
control>V (paste)

i've been doing this for years... Pro1-7 no problems

to me it looks like all the bitmaps are missing...
i feel like i am missing a click or tick is unchecked... not sure

i can bring it into pro7 then copy and paste into pro 8

just a pain in the but...

Oh, sorry. I don't use Apple. Can't test.
Please give as much info in the first place - saves us both time

Bear in mind that in version 8 there has been a change (no bug) in that you can now import an entire web page, text, graphics and layout via the 'Import text and graphics from the web'.
I suspect this is in part why you on a Mac with a Windows emulator might be experiencing the issue.

Best contact support at xara and see if they have anything to suggest?
