Problem with a widget in backround

I have a widget thats not view able in xara it says its in the back round.. id like to delete it . It shows when i publish but it wont work..Its a form widget and it wont email me when its used .. i just want it off my site .. How do i get to it and delete it ! Help im frustrated

Unlock the background layer in the Page&Layer Gallery, select the object and press delete. Then relock the layer.
