Treasure map for kids birthday party

I made a treasure map of our neighbourhood for my 6-year old kids birthday party. I based it on a Bing aerial photo. For the colouring I used the "rushed" brush extensively, which resulted in a redraw time of 4 seconds. That got frustrating rather rapidly... Not strange, since it resulted in over 42000 objects on the page.

Kids loved the treasure hunt, but they were a bit too energetic to actually try and read the map :-)

Great looking job indeed, maps like these take me back to being a wee bairn again. Out we’d go with pirate ships although be them on wheels but battles were fought and victories won. Get it printed large and framed because it would make a great wall map..
