Unable to view footer after editing a page

Hi All,

New to the forum. I am seeking some help as i have been unable to find the fix after many days playing around with the.

I have used one of the templates from xara. I have edited the background of the review page to make the background longer to fix a widget on. From the editing form on Xara designer pro it looks ok but view previewing as a web page it is missing the footer information.

Please can someone help me on this as i will need to make the footer constant on all the pages.

try dragging the page to be longer you may find the footer there

That generally doesn't work, you have to right-click on a page and untick Multiple Page View.
All your assets will then be visible on their respective layers at a suitable zoom factor.

Hi Trukkerz,

I have tried dragging all the object on the page to be longer but everytime i preview as a web page the footer is always missing.

I have tested by drawing a horezontal box in red on the footer and it is not viewable as the web preview. If i draw a vertical red box it appear on the footer

maybe you could upload your .web file so some of the more experienced on here could take a look at what is going on - what template did you use ??

im using the hospitality theme. Theres a page where i have increased the length to and some review on. i have not host the site yet as it is still in working progress.

try right clicking on the footer and go to position on page and select "footer" instead of automatic - see if that helps

Trukkerz, I am using version 7. when i right click on the footer there is no position on page option.

Right. Position on Page is a new feature with the current editions.

oh sorry bout that - what happens if you drag the footer up the page then preview - has it been accidently been moved to the mouse over layer - sorry without seeing your file i am just guessing what could be wrong
