I want to make or find any theme or template that can change pages like a book or magazine.

Wordpress and Drupal are not DTP applications.

Are you wanting to create a Book or Magazine for print? Or are you wanting a blog?

EDIT: Sorry, I think it's suddenly dawned on me what you want. You want a 'Flip Book' right?
Nothing in Xara Web Designer can do that.

There are free flipbook makers on the web, you might be able to use them and then embed one in your Web Designer pages?
Bear in mind that they pretty much all use flash..
