Default XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool

I have put a ticket in for this one and it is being looked into but wondered if anyone else has the problem

editing a bitmap: attempt to use the mould tool to change perspective and get a crash every time.

works ok in the 32 bit version but not the 64bit

I can reproduce that - with perspective moulds - envelope moulds seem ok [but only done quick check]

I've had a ticket in with this one... two or three replies... nothing can done so far. I'm told they can't replicate it on any of their machines so I'm glad I posted.

Would be nice to see it sorted though.

Ditto, crashes every time. Support may not be able to replicate it as they may be using a later version than the current download version.

I have 10.1.1.34966 Download version and have no problems at all. I used it the other day and just now tried it again no problems here.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

My main machine is an Acer Pen and Touch 64bit with 12GB RAM. Windows 8.1
Also tried two others with the same result:Acer Netbook running windows 7.1 64 bit and an HP G56 Prosario 64bit with 4GB RAM

I've run the sequence with Windows performance monitor in view and it shows no strain on resources.

I''m using the latest download 10.1.1.34966 downloaded yesterday

contributors should specify the version of xdpx10, 32 or 64 bit
    i think it matters here
