Turning the sword into a weapon of elemental power took several attempts and was one of my most ambitious projects.

It was your idea for me to try and do an animated version so I took it as a challenge. Getting the sword to to reveal it's true purpose took me several attemts to get right.
(I used the live glow effect for the sword, dragon statuette and I used the feather function for the skulls eyes).

At least on here we offerconstructive critisism and offer suggestions instead of negative remarks.

Thought I might as well add a bit of background to the said weapon...

Being a writer of fantasy fiction it was only right that I put in the proverbial magic sword, the Fireblade, a weapon of elemental power which can only be used by one mortal at a time and is a family heirloom. The current user belongs to an elite squad of DOOM/Conan/Rambo style warriors, all utilising state of the art armour, weapons and fire power but the said weapopn can't be used for evil, by evil or behalf of evil.

I meant negative remarks about Xara artwork as in it's a load of of rubbish. Like I said, I'm not a professional user.

Some people just like to pass their negative comments onto others, SB. If you do graphic work you need to have a thick skin, sort through the comments and use the ones that help you improve, ignore the negative babble and just enjoy it.
