Trying to shape a textbox in Xara Designpro 7. At a dead end!

The difficulty occurs when you need to have two areas of text in two mutually exclusive areas that are not separated simply vertically. Rik's method works OK but isn't exactly intuitive.

My method allows the text in the two areas to be kept separate.
It would be good if someone has an easier method.

It would be great to have a "Constrain Text Within" check box for shapes.
