I just bought 2 Dells, XPS 8500 3.4 Ghz. They are slightly different, my wife's has 1TB HDD, DVD RW Drive, 16G memory....I have 2TB HDD, Blue Ray Drive, 12G memory. Her current PC has a 500G drive and she only uses about 10% of it so 2TB would have been overkill, memory too but they came configured this way and it works for me.....very nice machines.....Win8.. I feel spoiled after being on a P4 and before that an AMD +1800 (1.5Ghz)
Windows has been altered to partially represent Win7 as per another thread on this site.....so far, I love the machines....more memory coming down the road likely, that's been the way of the PC world from the start.
