Website opening slowly (started by jairo)

I dont know how to open a new topic so Im sorry to jump in here.. But can someone tell me how to compress my website. Its loading slowly and I have read I have to put some type of code but I dont know where it goes or if it will work in xara xm premium? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
