is it possible to make a draggable background as on this site?

i would like to make a photo site where my photo will be in a draggable row as made on this site...is it possible to do this with xwd designer plus? http://alecsoth.com/photography/projects/broken-manual/

It doesn't seem to drag in Firefox.

You need to drag the horizontal scroll bar. Works in FF.

It is a fixed left div and just a wide page of images. Don't know why someone would want to design their site that way.

Dunno if it is possible or not. But it is a WordPress theme. Why not just build it in WordPress?

I just thought it was a crappily designed site that didn't work. Now I see it's meant to be like that! Oh well, each to his own.
