Designer 7 Premium won`t publish!

First post so go easy eh and apologies if its in the wrong section.

The problem I have is with publishing the website whether its through Filezilla or D7P`s option in `file`. Pictures seem to FTP across to the server ok but thats not much good when nothing else does! The text files are empty and basically, its doing my head in! I know its going to be something daft and simple but for the life of me I can`t see it!

On trying to publish in D7P the error message is:

/index_htm_files:No such file or directory

Can anyone shine some light on this please? I`ve just removed the old website off the server and could do with getting the new one up there asap!

This sounds like a bug that was fixed last year, have you updated to v7.1.2.18680 or better ?
