    Default Making large photo galleries

I am thinking of purchasing the Pro version of this software. I downloaded the trial version, got very busy and sidetracked and now the trial has expired
I am a professional photographer who likes the web software but can you make large photo galleries? What is the limit to the number of images you can put in? I thank everyone in advance for your answers!

For a professional photographer you should have a gallery that looks unique and not off the peg.

I created custom galleries for this fine art photography site http://www.mccormick-photography.com/figurations.html (site contains nudity -- if this offends you, don't go there). The thumbnails link to images on separate pop up layers. I could have filled the page with thumbnails. And you can have fun with the thumbnails as with this site http://placitasartists.com/ Each individual gallery links to a sub-folder on the site, so in essence there is a separate website (folder) for each of the artists.

I like those but I often have galleries with 600-1500 photos. I had a subscription with a company but I am looking to make a new web site myself and be able to upload galleries of complete weddings for my clients. Will this work for that?

A lot of the photo hosting sites let you embed a photo gallery onto your site, so check them out - flickr and picassa etc. That way all the images are hosted with them and therefore it will be a lot easier then trying to do it in xara especially if you have that amount of photos to display. Flickr is the best of them, just register on the site and then go to somewhere like http://www.flickrslideshow.com/ (or use the one on flickr itself) and enter your user name and then choose the size of the gallery and embed the given code.
