Default Afraid to change/delete files on website.

Hi everyone, I have a website, built with Webdesigner MX 8. I uploaded it a few months ago, (with some pages under construction) and recently uploaded an update, using Designer Pro X, (bought for 1/3 the regular price) but, the site didn't update.

I have to say here, I totally don't know what I'm doing. I downloaded/installed FileZilla, to see what was going on at the site, and the new files were not in the public_html folder, they were scattered all about. (Does DP X have a file manager?)

My question is, can I delete the old files, in the public folder, and insert the scatterd files into it? What files should be left alone?

Please take a look at the screenshot, and tell me what to do, and I'll be eternally grateful.

    Best regards, Roberg

Looks like you published to the wrong server folder, normally all the files should be in public_html

You should normally only have your index_htm folder, your .htm files, an .xhl file and possibly robots.txt and sitemap.xml
