    A Wheel, using nothing but the 'Extrude Tool'.
    (Well. There's a bit of transparency in there!)

    Here's a simple Rim extrude, one of my favorite tools.

    OK I give. How did you get the highlights on the extruded side?

    Can't you just move the lights to do that (or perhaps even cheat and draw them)?
