Hi have a question
when I save as png in graphic designer 5 I always get an nasty white board
I am used to other programs like photobie and photoshop
it is not visible on a white background
another question I have
is it possible to download topics in this forum like in paint net forum (when you are logged in) it is usefull for reading afterwards if we want to try out

Germaine,

A Xara forum would have been better to get an answer. When you export to PNG there is a color depth option to select true color plus alpha. That will give you a transparent background. Click on HELP and look at the options.

Yes Rich it solved my problem
I overlooked it in the help files
I also find out were I can find the printable version (clicking on thread tools)
