Xara WebDesigner and mobile sites

Hi and apologies if this has been asked before.
Can Web Designer create sites that appear correctly on computer browsers as well as browsers on mobiles without having to create separate sites?
I know I should download trial and find out for myself but Xara have just sent an email regarding free stock photos if I purchase before tomorrow so it's a bit of a rush job

Yes and no. You can view any website on a mobile phone or table. The no part is, not if you want the mobile version to be easy to use.

If you design for mobile you need to make your buttons larger simplify your content. So even though it is a bit of a bother, if your audience will be viewing your site on mobile devices, and you want your mobile audiences to get the most from your site, then design two versions.
