    Default Blackburn Biplane

This one has sat in a file folder since 2007 unfinished. I thought I would put a little time in and complete it. The blackburn was such an ugly little plane I think it put me off completing it. The distant plane is a Morane Saulnier N. The planes are 100% vector, the background is drawn and colour blocked in vector with details digitally painted.

Well, I for one, am pleased that you decided to finish the project.
    Great colour scheme.
    Looks superb.

I love the details and skill you put into the drawing Graham. And I agree with you, that is one ugly little plane.

Ugly aircraft (the Blackburn) but beautiful painting.

This does compare to many of the oil paintings done by the pros.

This composition certainly gives me the feeling of lift during climbing.

Do any of your works end up on non-digital gallery walls?

Great job once again Gray, fantastic detail on both aircraft and love the aerial view of the landscape.

That really is an ugly little spite, the sense of light in your drawing is really beautiful, well done on this.
