It would be interesting to see how much the attorneys collected in legal fees for this class action lawsuit...

This in response to my asking if it was the lawyers who made any profit from this frivolous lawsuit.

    Mr. Priester,

The Gross Settlement amount was $20,000,000. Each Class member*s share
of the settlement depended on the Gross Settlement amount remaining
after the Court awards for attorneys* fees not to exceed $5,000,000,
plus expenses, not to exceed $250,000, incurred in connection with
prosecuting and settling the Litigation, and an incentive compensation
award to each Representative Plaintiff for an amount not to exceed
$20,000 for their services in the Litigation. This is called the Net
    Settlement Amount.
Your Settlement payment was calculated by multiplying your Total
Overcharges by a Multiplier Factor of roughly 20%. This Multiplier
Factor is the Net Settlement Amount divided by the sum total of all
Class Members* Total Overcharges. A smaller Settlement payment = smaller
    Total Overcharges.

Keep in mind that while your Settlement payment may be of no consequence
to you, other Class Members who were overcharged more have been able to
    benefit from this Settlement.
