Drawings disappear

Hi everybody. I'm Lou, Louie, LouieGi, your choice. I'm fairly old here but I've never posted anything. Problem with Xara Xtreme2 here. Had it and in frequent use since about 2000. However something has come up that had never happened before except about 3 years ago. My drawings disappear as they are opening in XARA. They show up partial drawing then keep getting eaten by the scrolling action. Is there a name for this problem, I mean, is it a common problem or am I the first to have something like this happen? It does not do it with everything. Just certain saved drawings. I've had Xara since Win LopTop HP Pavilion dv6. Quad processor and a Tera mem. Can someone shed some light into what might be happening with XARA here? Appreciate in advance but I'm hurting without Xara working properly.

I have not heard of this happening before and I have been a Xara user since 1996.

Can you set the zoom to 100% or Zoom to Page?

I do remember, though this might have been a problem with CorelDRAW, of some phantom object getting placed way off the page and added to a group of objects. So, if I Zoom to Drawing it would make the screen real wide. You can look to see if you have some object like this that got added to a group and is somewhere off the page.
