I've been working on an animation of the bird created from the scribble. What do you think, and do you see any problems, or something I should have done better? I checked this in all the browsers and it works in all except IE which plays the gif badly.

here it works fine in chrome and firefox but in explorer it gives some black traces

@germaine: yes I saw those black traces in IE also, plus it ran slow. I wish I knew what was causing that. Thank you for your effort. I noticed that Irfanview hos problems too, but animated gifs do not normally play well in Irfanview.
