Extended Pages

If I have a page that is very long, is there a way to create a button, for example "back to top" that would send me back to the top of the same page? Also, is there a way to click on a tab on the top and go to the middle of the same page? I guess I'm trying to figure out how to bounce back and forth with links on the same page. Is that possible. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Anchors

Create a named object (can be a small object the same colour as the background for example) at the position you wish to jump to, then create the link to it from the place you want to jump from.
