    Default Guides

    Somehow I have made my guide lines become solid black how do i get them back to dotted line? i was using the shape tool to cut out a photo when I realised this had happened if this is to do with it. Other docs guide opened are normal

    Edit removed/deleted the guides and set them again on each page

    This (bug) has come up before recently, try deleting the guide layer then recreate it.
    If the guides are important then you can cut the guide layer instead and then paste it back again (you need to right click on a layer in the P+L gallery to get the "paste layer" option).

    Just re created the bug by dragging the same photo into the document the guides all changed again to solid black reported to xara

    Any photo or just a particular photo? I cannot repeat this.

    it was a .tif at 150 dpi that i was going to convert to a bmp for browsers other photos - jpg seem ok

    Yes, I can confirm that importing a tif bitmap does change the guides to black lines.
    Have you mentioned this in your report to Xara?
