Default WD MX Premium Slide Shows

Just a quick question having just upgraded to WD MX Premium.

I upgraded for the new non-flash widgets but I'm a little disappointed. They all seem to move far too quickly for my purposes, both in terms of the transitional effects, and the time between each slide.

Is there anyway of editing these widgets to adjust the speeds?

    Many thanks for reading.

After the sideshow is on the page, double click to open it up and edit parameters. Use Ctrl+S to save and return to the page.

Thanks for that - but I can't see anywhere to adjust speeds or effects.

Its called Tile Effect Slideshow 2. I've deleated the text and the black triangle - all looks great, just wish I could slow it down.

Ah, that one doesn't seem to have a delay parameter. It may be possible to change it within the script but JS is not my strong point.

Edit: You could try the Nivo Slider. Use RandomBox for the effect and adjust the delay to suit.

Yes, I believe too that you can change it through the JS on the server/hosting side but it will override every time you republish with WDMXP. So You'll have to change it each time after you FTP. It would be nice to have the parameter to change it within the program.

You can overcome this using the 'Attach file' trick.

I'm very greatful to you all - excellent advice.

The Nivo Slider is close to the answer - thanks Drwyd. The only problem is I can't get rid of the radio buttons beneath it. Tried covering them up with a box but that didn't work, unless I group the slider with the box - but then the slider didn't work.

Maybe I need both the Nevo Slider and JS editing but I'm afraid I know nothing about JS.
