Problem with Web designer - Error code 1836.k.no.nt

Loaded up a website and saved it then received this during export - Any ideas
I have closed and reopened software and I have restarted computer but still occurs

Appreciate any feedback

It is very hard to give any useful advice without more information about the problem and, preferably, a copy of the .web or .xar file that shows the problem. Your best bet will be to open a support ticket on the Xara website and upload the file there giving a description of the steps needed to give the error but this weekend is a long public holiday in the UK and it probably wont be looked at until Wednesday.

If the file is not private (and is smaller than the forum limit) then you can also upload it here (in the Web Design forum) where other users may be able to diagnose the cause and suggest workarounds. The cause in this case sounds like it could be a piece of text with a shadow that also has an HTMLText name applied.
