Problem with popup layer

Hi all
I'm having a problem with a popup layer that re-opens after you click to close.
The offending popup is the Bisazza layer activated by the click to view button here: http://www.actionitcs.com/mosaic/pool_tiles.htm
The other 2 popups (ezarri, trend) work fine.
I have recreated the layer, but it still persists most of the time.

Here's the file. Looks like it may be an IE9 issue.

You have a fake close buttons on the popups which do nothing at all.
As you are using DPX you don't need to draw close buttons. Just un-check the option in the layer properties to 'Close pop-up automatically'
This will place a proper close button on the layer.
