Need help identifying Christmas card cover

Hello everyone,
I have been trying very hard to identify this Christmas card that I only have half of. I only have the front cover. I believe it is an old painting but I am not sure. I have tried google reverse image, tinbot, and google word searches but nothing at all comes up. I believe the card came originally from England. Anyone have an idea?
