i'm in a panic... memory error when exporting images, please help, i have a deadline

hi guys
i'm in a serious panic here, i have to get to my printer ASAP with these images and i am having issues with a memory exception error, i have tried different computers to no avail, i have attached the .xar file and i need both images exporting as 300dpi jpegs. the images in the file are at 100% size but i can also live with 50% 300dpi jpeg exports.

the black background is C35 M35 Y35 K100 (rich black) and i have converted all fonts to shapes so anyone helping me won't need the fonts.

i'm sat here literally waiting for someone to rescue me, egg bramhill, sledger etc etc

both images use the 'speedometer' graphic as a clip view

the final dimensions of the graphics should be:

1. 625mm x 625mm
2. 1940mm x 885mm

i have created them at 100% size for ease of export for anyone helping me but if you can scale them down to 50% and export at 300dpi, would that not help?. ive read somewhere on this forum that AVG 2012 may conflict with memory issues with XXP, so ive just uninstalled AVG but still the same issue, a full shop front is going to be delayed if I dont get these two last exports

Your file dimensions are in CM, not MM. 1944CM high.

divide by 10 to get the cm dimensions, so in cm it should be 62.5cm x 62.5cm and 88.5cm x 194cm

Just tried myself and get Serious Error crash when exporting at 300dpi (Designer Pro X, Win7 64-bit, 4Gb RAM).

I got a bit of a result with the square image.

Please bear in mind that I am likely to delete that image from my web site in days to come.

It exported at 213dpi

The best result I can get with the tall image is Height 450mm x Width 205mm
450mm is about 1700px

they look fine, are they exported at 300dpi, because the worst thing is pixelation when zoomed to full size, thanks!
