    Default cutting an image out

I have this crest thing here that I need to cut out so there is no background to it. I have managed to get the background transparent, but when I print there is a square of incorrectly printed colour around the image. I have tried converting it to an editable shape but still get this problem. Can anyone help?

No, is it because its too small is that the problem? Could I just grey or black it out and use the outline?

Open the image in Xara, photos and use clip to remove the blue edges you have, drag the clip until you are happy you have no more blue edges, you can also use clipview to do this by drawing a rect. drag the top of the rect. to hide the blue at the top of the image and the same with any edges. Send the rect. to back and give it no line or fill, select all, press Q. Then export as you want Jpeg, Png...
