PopUp Frame
It would have functionality similar to that of PopUp photos.
A frame (an outline without a fill) would capture any visible objects within the bounds of the frame and behind the frame (grouping or a ClipView would not be required) and display it in a manner similar to a photo popup. It would be sort of a "soft/virtual " Clipview, but the clipped view would only display for web viewing.
The frame outline would not have to be visible so long as it had a Frame PoPUp attribute assigned to it OR on a layer with a Frame PopUp attribute.
