Text is black?

Hello I have a problem with my text on my website

I gave the text a broken white and light blue color in xara webdesigner. but when i export and upload it to the server, all of this text is black and very hard to see:

I also did this yesterday but then everything was fine:

Wat am I doing wrong?

Me either. The text is all white.

It took a few moments for the background to load which I see is 256K in file size. I am sure you could create a single tall, thin repeating bitmap that would load much faster.
