    xdp6 Password protected pages?

    Is there a way to have a password protected page? My client wants to have a wholesale pricing page that can only be entered into if the password has been entered. Let me know if zara does this. I know word press has something like this.

    Xara (with an 'X')

    Xara Web Designer or Designer Pro have no password function, mostly because they are not HTML editors but also becuase a function such as this is best done at the server (your host). This is why Word Press (a server-side CMS system) has this function available.
    The best suggestion I can make at this point is to set up a .htaccess and .htpasswd for that folder via your hosting cpanel.

    This will result in a UN/PW prompt similar to the one shown below.
    (Some of my wholesale suppliers use this exact method)

    I coffee cup do one here is a link 30 free trial

    works well and i find easier than my web host c panel. your website must be on a linux apache server for it to work in the download it will check if not get your host to swop u over
