When something on the page so I always remakes the index corresponded through F4 and author index. We can write it somewhere in the program that I WD7 author was still there?

That code can be added via Utilities >> Web Properties >> Website >> HTML Code (Head)

<meta name="robots" content="index, follow" />

and he will be repeated on each page, or remain only on the first one where I put it?

After you add the code, press OK, then press Apply.

This makes the META tag(s) appear on each page.
