Default Visitor can't see popups on my website

One of my visitors reported to me, he couldn't see anything happening when he pressed a button on my website that normaly should display a popup. He tried to do this on other browsers but no luck... and every option is set to: enable popups.
My other visitors don't have this issue.

Anyone who knows why he is not able to see it? Maybe it has something to do with xara webdesigner 7 ?

    Thomas

Can you provide a link to the page that contains the pop up?

I suspect that your visitor has disabled pop-ups on her or his browser and in that case there is nothing you can do.

I had a client who was 100% sure that his site was not working because the pop ups were not working and he said he checked it on two browsers on his laptop so I asked him to bring his laptop in and as gary suggested he had pop-ups disabled in both his browsers. If everyone else is alright then it is not webdesigner but the clients pc/laptop - more than likley.

Thanks for awnsering. My client has on both his browsers pop-ups enabled. This puts me back to the beginning.
Link: http://www.hawkz.be/medals.htm normaly if you click on a name of a medal for example "tank medal" there should be an popup fading in. but my client does not see it.

Works fine here in all browsers.
If everyone else has no problems but he does, then it certainly cannot be a WD7 problem.

Which Operating System does your client use?
What Security software does he have installed?
Which two browsers has he tried and what version are they?
