Well, here's what happens when I open the Save Template command. It's kind of confusing to me:

I looked at your file, looks like you are saving to the wrong place. In my case the Xara folder is on the c drive, Since I am running 64bit windows 7, mine is c/program files (x86)/xara/Xara_Designer Pro_7/templates/ENG.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
Yeah, that's because you already have used the Save a template command, navigated out of Xara's folder structure, saved the template to the folder your screen shot shows and now Xara wants/expects to find them there.
You have to pay attention to the screen shot folder structure in this image:
- Then You HAVE to navigate to your C: drive as shown in your screen shot.
- Then to the "Program Files" folder (which may be differently named than mine as I am using a 64-bit computer).
- Then you need to navigate to the "Xara" folder.
- Then to the named version of Xara you are using. In my screen shot it shows the folder for Xara Designer Pro 7. If you are using a different version, it will be named differently.
- Then you need to navigate to the Template folder.
- Then, as in my case, you need to navigate to the ENG folder.
You should then see all your other folders.
Take care, Mike
That's exactly my setup to Mike. Thanks.

you can find the templates folder by going into your program files, choose Xara, open that, choose the version of Xara you have, open that, choose templates, you should see ENG, open that and you should see the list of templates.
