i try to rename template links in something better
the original pages are: index, page1, page_n
better for me is: cats, dogs, ...

Are you trying to rename pages? if so click on the page & layer gallery if you dont already have it open. Here you will see your page titles displayed. Click on the page name and type in your text. Press enter.

Alternatively go to utilities > web properties > page > page filename to do the name. You need to click onto each page to view its properties, leave this box open infront. Click apply, click ok.

If you want to rename the buttons, do this:

Double click on the navigation bar to open the Navigation Bar Properties menu.

Click on the page name to select it.

Rename the page.
