Photo and Graphic Designer 7

I see that this is now available from some places for £35, presumably because it is about to be replaced by Version 8. Having just bought Web Designer 8 is there much duplication if I bought Photo Graphic Designer 7. Seems like a bargain but not if it duplicates what I already have.

Photo & Graphic Designer 7 has two more tools, the Blend Tool and the Contour Tool which are not included in Web Designer MX. Web Designer MX has more web page creation features. P&GD7 has web features similar to Web Designer 6.
